SENATE BILL NO. 253 An Act relating to insurance coverage for                  
costs of prostate cancer detection was read the second time.                   
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent for the                      
adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 3042.             
Senators Kelly, Green objected.
